We are pleased to have advised the Cyprus Development Bank Ltd on its agreement with Bank of Cyprus for the sale of a portfolio of performing loans with a gross book value of approximately €150 million, together with approximately €500 million in deposits and certain related assets and liabilities.
Completion of the transaction remains subject to regulatory clearances and the fulfilment of customary conditions, with closing expected in the second half of 2026.
